Sheila Yossem

Sheila Yossem is a strategic leader with a track record of advancing organizational growth through communications, branding, and talent development.

She began her career in executive search, serving as a Senior Consultant at a boutique retained search firm, and as Director of Recruitment for the U.S. division of the DMR Group, an international information technology company.

Sheila later spent 11 years as Director of Communications at the Solomon Schechter School of Westchester (now The Leffell School), where she led initiatives to strengthen institutional visibility, engagement, and brand identity. She went on to serve as Director of Admissions at the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University in New York City.

Throughout her career, she has led transformational efforts that build alignment, elevate mission-driven organizations, and develop high-performing teams.

Sheila holds an M.A. from Teachers College, Columbia University, a B.A. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a postgraduate degree in Education from McGill University.

She is currently dedicated to mentoring talented, under-resourced young adults, supporting their academic and career success while fostering personal growth, confidence, and a strong sense of purpose.
