Eligibility

In order to apply for the 2023-2024 cohort, applicants must be in college or graduate school, or recently graduated

Fellows will have:

• The maturity and drive to take advantage of the opportunities mentors are providing
• A desire and ability to think “outside the box”
• Self-drive and self-awareness
• A willingness to lead
• An ability to commit to long-term goals
• An ability to move beyond their “comfort zone”
